Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site, state licensure and Medicare complaint survey completed May 22, 2023, Asana Hospice and Palliative Care/D.B.A. Amedisys Hospice of Harrisburg West was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C &; D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
